1. Grilled Chicken Fajita Skewers
Prep time 6-7 min, cook time 15 min, Serving 4

Ingredients
ï· 3 Tbsp Chili powder
ï· 2 tbsp Cumin
ï· 1/2 tsp Salt, to taste
ï· 1 lb. Cubed Chicken Breast
ï· 1 Bell Pepper (Green) chopped in square slices
ï· 1/2 Tbsp Garlic powder
ï· 1 Red onion chopped into square slices
ï· 1 Bell Pepper (Yellow) chopped in square slices
ï· 1 Bell Pepper (Red) chopped in square slices
Directions
1. Mix the garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, & salt in a large bowl. 2. to the spice blend, Add the cubed chicken and toss till it is coated.
3. Alternate among chicken, onions, and peppers, on the skewer before each skewer is complete.
4. Sprinkle the skewers with some more salt.
5. Grill 4-5 minutes on either side or till chicken is cooked completely, over med-high heat.
6. Serve your fajitas with tortillas of corn or flour, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and something else you want.
2. Pizza Grilled Cheese
Prep time 10 min, cook time 20min, Serving 4

Ingredients
ï· 1/4 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
ï· 1/2 cup Marinara sauce more needed for dipping
ï· 1/2 cup Pepperoni diced
ï· 3 tbsp Butter softened
ï· 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
ï· 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
ï· 8 French bread slices
ï· 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese
ï· 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
Directions 1. On both of French bread slices, spread the butter. Place butter side down on a baking sheet covered with Silpat. Spread sauce on slices of French bread. Mix the remaining ingredients to and place on French bread slices. Place French bread slices on top of each other to create 4 sandwiches. Gently pat 1 tsp of parmesan cheese on each side of the sandwich. Place a preheated frying pan on medium to high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until edges are crispy. Transfer bake to a baking sheet and continue to bake in a preheated 400-degree oven until all cheese is melted. Serve with additional marinara sauce.
3. Spicy teriyaki grilled steak kebabs
Marinade 6hr, cook time 30 min, Serving 6

Ingredients
ï· 1 ½ inch piece 1 Red pepper chopped
ï· 1 ½ pieces 1 Onion chopped
ï· 1-inch slices 3 to 4 Zucchini chopped
ï· 1cup Soy sauce
ï· 1-inch pieces 3 cups Fresh pineapple chopped
ï· 1cup Brown sugar
ï· â cup Water
ï· 8 to 10 Wooden/metal skewers
ï· 1 tsp Freshly grated ginger
ï· Â½cup Rice wine vinegar
ï· 1 ½ pieces 1Green pepper chopped
ï· 1 tbsp Corn-starch
ï· 4 cloves Garlic minced
ï· 1 ½ inch cube 2 lbs. Sirloin steak chopped
ï· 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
Directions
1. Mix the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and ginger in a small bowl till the sugar dissolves. 2. In a big zip lock freezer container, put the steak cubes and add 1/3 of the marinade mixture into them. Put and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hrs., though ideally overnight.
3. Add the leftover marinade to a saucepan and stir in the corn starch till it is combined.
